Melvin Lofton - Founder - Melvin brings over two decades of commercial and residential construction experience to FGC. Born into a third generation construction family in Texas, Melvin has an extensive and comprehensive knowledge of the construction industry. His hard work ethic was cultivated at an early age through his father who gave him his first job while still in high school. He opened his own construction company a few years later, growing to over 100 employees and working in several states. Through the years, his quest for sustainable engineering took him into different aspects of construction from metal stud framing and steel erection to custom glass enclosures and paneling. Coupled with a passion to install only the highest quality and most technologically advanced products on the market today, he has traveled the world forming alliances and strategic partners to bring his client the best the world has to offer. Melvin's out of the box thinking has led him to implement new and more efficient ways to do business and bring better value at a lower cost to his number one priority, his clients satisfaction. When he is not working Melvin enjoys spending time with his two daughters and working on DIY projects for his wife.

Orlando Cipriano - Warehouse Manager - Orlando, an electronics technician by trade, serves as the Manager of Inventory and Maintenance for Frameless Glass Connection at the company's new 6300 sq. ft. office and warehouse in Austin. As owner and manager for various companies throughout central Texas he has always preformed the electrical, mechanical and plumbing duties required by the facility. Orlando enjoys roller skating and singing Karaoke with his wife and grandchildren.

Gil Polendo - CAD Designer - Gil has over 20 years experience as an Autocad and architectural designer drafting and designing construction plans for custom and custom remodel homes. Gil manages the printing and computer files of all Frameless Glass Connection projects. Gil personally visits jobsites as needed for measurements and any related details. Gil has an Associates Degree in Drafting and Design from San Antonio College in addition to his Autocad training through DC Cadd. His software skills include Autocad, Adobe, 20/20 and Microsoft office.
